Silent: I'm baaaack!
Okay, so now that Summer offcially started as of Saturday for me, I’m starting back with eating healthy and exercising as of today! No more excuses! I can do this, and I will! Weigh-in tomorrow as a new start for me. :)

Silent: Try Hard Face
I dunno, I feel like I’m not losing anything, even when I look at the scale it says “156” my clothes still fit the same. It makes me sad. :( I’ve been trying to eat right still. I’m really starting to get into this whole working out regularly thing. :) I’m not quite addicted to it yet, but I do regret when I miss a day of it. And by not counting calories, I feel less stressed about every little thing I put into my body, and with my metabolism speeding up, I know I’m definitely burning way more calories than I used to. :) This healthy-ness thing is...
Today has been pretty productful. After I felt better, I did the 30 day shred, which also made me feel a lot better, then I had a really good lunch. Did a lot of house chores, and then painted my nails just cause I could. I feel better. :)

Silent: No more counting days!
It’s been two weeks since I updated my status. And these past two weighing days I’ve remained at 160. :/ I had a faltering day last week, but other than that I’ve been keeping up with eating healthy and exercising daily. My mom says I’m starting to look better, and though the scale doesn’t say anything, I believe I’m gaining muscle. Which weighs more than fat....

I feel very good right now. I had a good work-out yesterday, and a kick-ass one today! I can feel my core and leg muscles very tiredly thank me for working hard. My meals are becoming a little better balanced, and my schoolwork isn’t slacking. :) I will look better this year!

Belle - Day 11 and 12
Both mornings I had a full fruit smoothie and protein bar for breakfast, a sandwich and granola bar for lunch with about one to two bottles of water. For last night’s dinner I had healthy “fried chicken” that I made myself with brocolli and pesto tortellini in a bowl so that I wouldn’t overflow a plate. Tonight, I will have left-over burrito fillings in a bowl again....

Belle - Day 10 (?)
I kinda lost track of my counting and keeping track of my daily work-outs and meals. Though I promise you, I have been doing pretty well by myself. Today was a good day too. I had a breakfast smoothie, then a granola bar and sandwich for lunch with about two bottles of water and burrito fillings in a bowl for dinner. I know that sounds bad, but it’s all the healthy stuff! No tortilla cause...

Belle Day 5, 6, 7
Holy crap I’ve gotten lazy about posting. I’m not writing every detail down, but I’ve done pretty well so far. My work-out really kicked my butt and my meals have all been a lot healthier in portion size and what it is I’m actually eating. On Monday I’ll pick up my old work-out routine and my diet will just follow.

Silent: { Day 7 } Nerves
So, I had a subway turkey sandwich today. Not so bad, and honey nut cheerios … I’ll start counting again tomorrow. >.< Two bottles of tea consumed, and a potassium filled drink that tastes like a Starbucks mocha drink! o.o It was awesome finding that!
Work out: Skipped on it this morning, just did my high leg lifts, crunches, inner thigh leg lifts, and 10 push-ups. Ehh, weak...

Silent: Day five and six
Day five was interesting. You see, the last two days I’ve had salad from Everest, and I do not know the calorie count, but I did eat small other things after that so I’ll just assume I went slightly over as always. Same for day six. Work out: I’m doing well! Not exactly how much I need to be doing, but I’m getting to the work out goal slowly everyday.

Belle - Working out
I love that feeling you get after working out. That very tired, but also very happy exhausted and light feeling you get once you finish is just amazing. I’d love to become a person who just instantly goes into the work-out part of their day without a second thought, I’m just not quite there yet. Hopefully, I will be soon. :)

Silent: { Day Four } Now we're talking!
Breakfast: I saw a great picture of eggs inside bell peppers, so I tried it! And added strawberries on the side. Plus a glass of milk 320. o.o Awesome!
Lunch / Snack: I woke up late, so I didn’t eat three exact meals and a snack. Chicken nuggets ( Store bought kind, with white meat and iron and stuff. ) with apples and peanut butter. 550.

Belle Day Three and Four
Day three wasn’t too bad, but it wasn’t a day to be all happy about either. And today isn’t much different, except for the fact that it was a bit worse. Dinner will be a fruit smoothie. Tomorrow, I might go do a walk and a jog. And I will do better!

Belle Day Two
I actually did do a lot better today, and I’m very pleased with myself. I only took in 1108 calories. Still no exercise, but tomorrow, I get to go enjoy time out in the sun in a pool. I can keep doing this. :)

Belle Day One
I’m not going to put the whole list of what I ate, but I’ll just put my total amount of calories yesterday. Sadly, I messed up by 100 calories yesterday, and got to 1300. It’s not the worst I could’ve done, but I could have done so much better. I will get better at this. Day two will be better.

Silent: { Day one } Calories and Exercise!
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with cheese 202. 2 and 1/2 hash brown patties 355. Sliced strawberries 54. Glass of milk 120.
Lunch: Two stocks of celery 15. Cut up yellow bell pepper 45 with ranch 127. Lemon tea 5.
Dinner: Sandwich 202.
Total: 1216 calories.
